I.G.P. ALTO MINCIO
A glass of Passito Dolce Volpe Bianco contains a lot of passion and dedication, starting from the scrupulous selection of the best grapes in the Chardonnay vineyard, used entirely for the making of this special passito.
Followed by a well-guided and slow evolution of the drying of the grapes in the fruit celiar and a prolonged and carefully controlled vinification in its numerous and complex phases.
From all this dedication comes this sweet, full, slightly aromatic and warm golden yellow “nectar”.
