From vinification to maturation
The Bertagna winery is organized to deal with the entire wine production: from vinification to maturation in the bottle. In the winemaking and storage room there are machine for the soft pressing of the grapes, stainless steel tanks for the fermentation all equipped with temperature controlled. The aging cellar is used for the maturation of the classic method sparkling wine and for the oak barrels (barrique and tonneaux) for the aging of the superior wines.
The various stages of the winemaking, which are very delicate operations, require care and extreme cleaning. In the Bertagna winery all this is done with scruple and dedication.
And so, oenological experience, passion and modern technologies put together, give life to the precious Bertagna wines, which are a surprise to discover for all those who want to come and taste them.
